St. 221 &amp; RQ 222 were alerted for a PIC w/ Injury, reported to be a head on type accident between two trucks. Crews arrived on scene finding the medics already treating 1 male with another male refusing treatment. Squad &amp; Rescue crews assisted with debris clean up and traffic control. <br />
