CO Alarm activation with reported symptoms. 221 Squad arrived on scene with the Asst taking Archer Command. Crews metered the structure and evaluated 2 occupants. Crews found no levels and occupants were turned over to EMS. Crews returned in service advising a faulty meter. Occupants were advised.
