PIC W/ HAZARDS (ROLL OVER), BRUSHTON AVE @ PINE STREET
<p>
Crew arrived to find a mid sized vehicle over a hill on its side. All occupants were self extricated and uninjured. Squad Crew stood by with Police and assisted Tow Operator with scene lighting. Vehicle was removed from area. Squad Crew handled some very minor debris and fluid control and returned in service.</p>

CO ALARM, 7945 ABER ROAD
<p>
221 Squad was alerted for a CO Alarm. Squad Crew arrived and was met by the resident who stated that they did not call the FD nor that there was an alarm going off. Squad Crew metered the residence as a precaution and found no readings. The homeowner was advised, and all units returned in service</p>

PIC W/ ENTRAPMENT, 1400 BLACKADORE AVENUE
<p>
St. 221, 222RQ & 227RQ were alerted for a reported PIC w/ Entrapment. 221 Squad with a crew of 6 arrived on scene with 222 Chief. 221 Chief assumned Blackadore Command reporting 1 car partially on its side with 1 male still in vehicle. Crews stabilized the vehicle using step chocks, wedges, 2x4, and 4x4 cribbing. Crew made entry and applied a c collar to the male, the patient was then extricated to a LBB, CID, and Straps. Crews began patient assesment and handed the patient off to the arriving M318 unit. Crews then cleaned up debris an applied a small amount of oil dry. 222 & 227 units arrived on scene and staged in there vehicles. Command cleared all units in service.<br />

WIRE DOWN, MOUNT CARMEL @ PERSHING
<p>
Wires Down reported on top of a bus. Wagon Crew arrived and found phone wire on the bus. Crew removed and cut the wires and sent the bus on its way. Verizon was notified and all units returned in service.</p>

STATION 221 AND 225 ALERTED FOR A REPORTED AFA IN RESIDENCE 7106 DOAK ST . WHILE EN ROUTE UNIT NOTIFIED OF RESET FROM ALARM COMPANY SET BY SMALL FIRE WHICH WAS NOW OUT . 221 WAGON RESPONDED NON EMERGENCY FOR REPORT. UNIT ARRIVED ON SCENE AND SPOKE WITH HOME OWNER CONFIRMED REPORT OF FIRE BEING OUT . 221 WAGON THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE W/O INCIDENT.</p>

STATION 221 , 222 ALERTED FOR ( MVA ) ARB AND NADINE RD. 221 SQUAD ARRIVED ON SCENE FOUND SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT WITH PASSENGER C/O BACK AND NECK PAIN . 221 CAPT WITH COMMAND SCENE WAS HELD TO 221 SQUAD ONLY . CREWS STABILIZED PATIENT PROVIDING BLS CARE PLACING C COLLAR AND SPINAL IMMOBILIZATION TO PATIENT WITH LONG BOARD . EMS ARRIVED ON SCENE CARE WAS TURNED OVER TO ALS CREW. OTHER FD PERSONNEL ASSISTED WITH TRAFFFIC CONTROL. ONCE WRECKER ARRIVED ON SCENE 221 SQUAD WAS RELEASED BY POLICE AND RETURNED TO SERVICE W/O INCIDENT.</p>
MVA, NADINE @ ARB

St. 221 and 222 were alerted for an MVA with injuries. 222 arrived onscene and found 1 patient complaining of neck and back pain, both vehicles were off the road and no hazzards, requested 221 respond non-emergency. Prior to 221 squad arriving 222 stated no fire dept. services needed and they returned with the squad continuing for the report. 221 squad arrived on scene confirming no hazards and patient refusing ems. 221 squad returned in service.</p>
RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARM, 8207 CHASKE ST

St. 221, 225, and 227 TK were alerted for a reported RFA. 221 Chief and Squad went enroute with a crew of 6. 221 Chief arrived on scene reporting a 2 story brick with nothing showing and a occupant in the front yard. It was noted there was a hydrant in front of Westminster @ Chaske, with the Chief assuming command. 221 Squad arrived on scene with a crew spliting two in- two out. Squad crew A went into investigate. Interior crew found a burnt pot of food and advised self ventilation was underway. Command returned all units in service.</p>
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FIRE, 10003 GRANDVIEW AVE

St. 225, 221, 222, and 227 TRK were alerted for a possible structure fire. 225 TRK, 221SQD, WGN, SRVC, and CHIEF all went enroute. 225 TRK arrived finding a female with burn injuries and a mattress on fire on the second floor. 221 units arrived and assisted 225 with removing the mattress from the 2nd floor and using a water can to extinguish. All units returned in service.</p>
UNKNOWN TYPE FIRE, 1520 BLACKADORE AVE
<p>
St. 221 & 225 were alerted for an unknown type fire in the scrap yard. 221 station was reporting heavy smoke showing in the area. 221 Wagon arrived onscene reporting a pile of scrap on fire with a propane tank exploded. 225 Truck arrived onscene assisting the Wagon. Crews used two trash lines and the scarp yard grapler to extinguish. Crews cleaned up and returned in service. </p>
