Stations 225, 227, 222, & 221 were alerted for a residential structure fire 136 Highland Rd, reported multiple explosions and possible entrapment. As units started calling on scene, it was determined to be live wires down all around the property arcing. Command held the assignment with the 227 & 225 units on scene. All 221 units returned in service without incident.</p>
