<p>
221 Squad responded to assist M386 with a Lift Assist. Crew assisted EMS Crew and returned in service.</p>
CO CONDITION, 8623 WESTWOOD RD
<p>
221 Squad on a fill for 225, was alerted for a possible CO Condition. Caller reporting her family had been experiencing headaches over the last couple days and was seen in ER. ER advised they should have the home checked for CO. Crews arrived on scene with EMS. Squad Crew went to work metering the house while EMS evaluated the family. No levels were found at all. Finding were relayed to EMS and the Family and all units returned in service.</p>

CO CONDITION, 203 GROVE ROAD
<p>
St. 221 was alerted for a CO Alarm with No Reported Illness. 221 Squad arrived on scene with crew going into investigate. Squad Chauffer assisted the residents into the Squad to keep them warm. Interior Crews found levels of 40 to 60ppm. Crews shut off all appliances and ventilated the home with natural ventilation. Home was metered again and found no levels. Crews requested Equitable Gas to the scene. Crews began isolating the appliances in the home. Furnace, Dryer, Water Heater reveled no levels. Stove revealed levels upon turning it back on. Crews ventilated a second time and got levels back to 0. Homeowner was advised and allowed to return to her home. Equitable Gas arrived on scene and crews advised the tech of all findings and turned structure over to him. All 221 units returned in service.<br />

PIC W/ HAZARDS, 8000 LINCOLN ROAD

221SQ, 221CH, & 222RQ were alerted for a PIC with Unkown Injuries. 221SQ went in service with 222RQ and 221CH. 221 Squad arrived on scene finding a 2 vehicle head on crash with no injuries. 221 Captain assumned Lincoln Rd Command and placed all 222 units back in service, holding the scene to the Squad and Chief. Crews assisted in Traffic Control, Fluid Containment and Debris Pick up. All vehicles were towed by 3394 and road way cleared of debris. All units returned in service.<br />

Water Condition on Nadine between Lincoln and ARB from Heavy Rains. Crews closed the Road and when water subsided, cleared a few storm sewer drops, reopened the road and returned in service.</p>

Reported Structure Fire. As units were going in service, 911 Communications advised it was a Child playing on the phone and the mother confirmed all was ok. PD units were sent to verify and advise.</p>

SMOKE IN STRUCTURE, 2766 ROBINSON BLVD
<p>
Odor of Smoke in Laundromat. 225 Chief arrived and held the card with 225 EN & 221 Squad. Units assisted with ventilating the building. Cause was determined to be from burnt lint on a dryer.</p>
PIC W/ HAZARDS, ARB @ NADINE
<p>
Squad 221 and RQ 222 were alerted for a PIC w/ Hazards. 221 Chief arrived on scene finding a single vehicle crash with heavy frontal damage and 1 male driver still in driver seat. Command was established and further investigation revealed a telephone pole was struck and moved approximate 1 foot and there was also a hot wire down on the ground along the curb. Command began a BLS evaluation of the driver and determined there was no entrapment and going to be a possible refusal. 221 Squad was requested to nose into the accident and have crew bring shovels, brooms and oil dry. 222 RQ was requested to proceed to the Shade Run Bridge and set up for alternating traffic pattern with the Squad Crew. M384 arrived and obtained a refusal from the male driver and returned. Duquesne Light was notified to respond. 33T1 was summoned for the tow and arrived on scene and crew assisted in vehicle removal and debris clean up. Duquesne Light arrived was informed of the pole and wire down. Road was reopened and all Fire and Police units returned in service.<br />

STATION 221 ALERTED ALONG WITH 225 AND 227 FOR A RESIDENCIAL FIRE ALARM . 221 ENGINE ARRIVED ON SCENE FOUND ALARM HAD BEEN SET OFF BY COOKING INCIDENT NO FIRE AND SMOKE WAS CLEARED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL . SPOKE WITH RESIDENT WHO HAD CONTACTED ALAM COMPANY FOR RESET. 221 ENGINE RETURNED TO SERVICE WITHOUT INCIDENT.</p>

Stations 225 and 221 alerted for a commercial fire alarm at Family Dollar. Shortly after dispatch county advised both stations that it was a burglar alarm not a fire alarm and we were to cancel. 221 Station returned to service without incident.</p>
