RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARM, 164 FAYBERN DR
<p>
St. 221SQ, 225EN, 227RQ, 216TK were alerted for a Residential Fire Alarm. As units were marking on the air, 911 Communications advised that a proper code was received and alarm company was requesting a cancellation. All units returned in service.</p>
TREE & WIRES DOWN, 2025 LINCOLN ROAD
<p>
St. 221 alerted for a Wire and Trees down in area. Crews located a Large Tree with Wire entangled in it in front of 2025 Lincoln Road at the Multi Purpose Center. Crew were unable to clear the tree due the hot wires. County Communications advised Duq Light, PD Unit 3378 and 221 Service blocked traffic for a short period until the road could be barricaded. All units returned in service.<br />

Resident made Direct Call to Firehouse reporting a Tree and Wires down blocking the roadway. 221 Deputy and LT responded to evaluate. Crews found a large tree blocking the road and cable lines down. Crews advised DPW and returned in service.<br />

STA 221 DISAPTCHED FOR A TRASH TRUCK THAT HAD CAUGHT OVERHEAD WIRES AND BROUGHT THEM DOWN.<br />
221 SQUAD ARRIVED ON SCENE TO FIND A TRASH TRUCK UNDERNEATH ELECTRICLE WIRES DRIVER STILL IN SIDE. POWER AND ELEC METER WAS DOWN ALSO TO NEAR BY RESIDENCE. DRIVER OF TRASH TRUCK WAS UNHARMED NO EMS NEEDED AND RESIDENT TO HOUSE REPORTED NO PROBLEMS . FD PERSSONEL AWAITED ARRIVAL OF DUQ POWER. ONCE ON SCENE DUQ POWER SERCURED WIRES AND DRIVER WAS ABLE TO GET OUT OF TRUCK. SCENE WAS THEN TURNED OVER TO DUQ POWER. 221 SQUAD RETURNED W/O INCIDENT.</p>

Stations 225 and 221 were dispatched around for a report of a brush fire near Ace Auto Wrecking on Verona Road. 221 Squad arrived on scene with 221 Captain establishing command and reporting a power line down in the creek with no fire, but line is arcing. Command held the assignment with units on scene. Power company was notified. Power was cut to the line and all fire units returned in service</p>
RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARM, 114 ORIN ST.

Stations 225 and 221 were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm activated at 114 Orin Street. 225 Captain arrived on scene and found burnt toast to be the cause of the alarm. Assignment was held with 221 Squad. Crew from the Squad used PPV fans to ventilate the residence. All fire units returned in service.</p>
COMMERCIAL FIRE ALARM, 9001 FRANKSTOWN RD
<p>
Stations 225 and 221 were dispatched for a report of a natural gas odor inside of the Giant Eagle. Crews from 225 Engine and 221 Squad investigated and found no gas odor. Building manager was advised and all fire units returned in service.</p>

PIC W/ INJURIES, MT CARMEL @ ABER
<p>
St. 221 & RQ 222 were alerted for a Pedestrian vs. Motor Vehicle Accident. 221 Squad crew arrived quickly and began assessment. Crew found what appeared to be a 1 female laying on the ground struck and drug by vehicle that was resting in the yard. Also located another female who had her Right Foot ran over by the same vehicle. Squad crew immediately began treatment and stabilization. Medic 384 arrived and took care and transported to Childrens. Crew then began exam and assessment of the other female and waited for M318 to arrive for transport to Childrens as well. 222 RQ was assigned to close Mt Carmel at Dollman, and 221 Service handled Mt Carmel at Aber. Crew also PHPD with Traffic Investigation. Crew returned in service approximately 2 hours later.</p>
STRUCTURAL COLLAPSE, 112 BRAMBLE ST

221 Units responded to evaluate a large tree that had fallen on a house causing the roof to partially collapse and water to leak into the house.</p>
