RESIDENTIAL FIRE ALARM, 8017 THON DR

SQ221, EN225,TK227 were alerted for a residential fire alarm activation. 221 Squad w/ 5, 225 SVC w/ 1 and 227 TK all on the air. 225 SVC arrived on the scene reporting a false activation from burnt food, and returned all units in service. 221 Assistant handled the report, all units returned in quarters.</p>

PIC W/ INJURIES, MT. CARMEL @ PERSHING
<p>
St. 221 and 222 RQ were alerted for a PIC w/ Injury. 221 Chief, Squad, & QRS were all in service with a crew of 8. Units arrived quickly and found a 4 vehicle crash with most occupants out walking around. 3 vehicles with moderate damage were found at Mt Carmel & Mason, 1 vehicle with moderate damage was found at Mt Carmel & Pershing with debris scattered throughout. Size Up determined that 2 of the vehicles were being driven and occupied by three males, 2 of the other vehicles were parked and had no occupants. All occupants denied any injury and declined assessment or transport. EMS was advised. 221 Service handled Traffic Control at Mt Carmel & Blackadore while 221 QRS handled Traffic at Mt Carmel & Pershing. 222 RQ arrived on scene and handled debris and fluid control at vehicle near Pershing. 221 Squad crew handled fluid and debris closest to Mason. 221 Squad assisted with lighting as well. Crews cleaned up the roadway and assisted Penn Hills Police and Kuhn's Towing and returned in service.</p>

221SQ1, 225EN1 dispatched for a residential lock out. The individual refused to supply fd with any info. The individual was advised she would have to wait for her other family. All units returned in service.</p>

St. 221, 225 EN, and 227 TK were alerted for a Residential Fire Alarm. 221 Squad & Wagon responded with a crew of 8. 221 Deputy arrived on scene as 221 units were approaching. 221 Deputy reported burnt food and all units could return in service. All units returned in service.</p>
