NATURAL GAS ODOR, 7950 ORLAN PLACE
<p>
St. 221 & 225 alerted for a reported odor of gas outside the building. 911 Communications advised that the Equitable Gas and a Realtor were on scene. 221 Wagon along with the AChief responded with a crew of 6 along with 225 TK & SVC.</p>
CO CONDITION, 2035 PALM AVE
<p>
St. 225 & 221 were alerted for a reported Strange Odor inside and around the house. 221 Wagon arrived on scene with units investigating. Wagon Crew entered the structure and the MSA Altair immediately went into alarm showing 60ppm CO. 221 Asst arrived and assumed Palm Ave Command. Wagon Capt reported that 1 male occupant was complaining of a headache. Command requested EMS to evaluate. 221 Chief arrived on scene and assumed Operations. Occupant was interview and Command requested Equitable Gas to scene. 225 Service arrived on scene assisting the Wagon Crew. EMS evaluated 1 male who refused any treatment of transport. Equitable Gas arrived on scene and investigating. EQT representative found a problem with the Water Tank Flu Exhaust and made a quick repair of the situation. All units returned in service.</p>
PIC W/ HAZARDS, BRUSHTON @ EAST LEMINGTON
<p>
St. 221 & 222 RQ were alerted for a Vehicle over the hillside. 221 Wagon, QRS, Chief, and 222 RQ were all enroute, and advised by communications that the car was now on fire and it was unkown if anyone was inside the vehicle. 221 Wagon arrived on scene finding a fully involved vehicle fire well into the woods. Crews deployed 1 3/4" Handline and began extingiushment. 221 Service arrived on scene and provided lighting. 222 EN arrived on scene provided manpower for extingiushment. 222 RQ arrived and was used for additional lighting. Crews extinguished the fire and searched the vehicle for anyone inside. Nothing was found and units began returning. 221 SVC and 222 RQ along with the Chief were held to assist the FM and Tow Service. Vehicle was retrieved and all units returned in service.<br />

PIC W/ FLUIDS LEAKING, 4620 ALLEGHENY RIVER BLVD
<p>
St. 222, 224, & 285 were alerted for a PIC w/ Hazards. 221 Chief contacted 911 Communications and advised them the Run Card was not correct and to add St. 221 to the assignment. 221 Wagon and 222 Rescue were responding. 285 Engine 1, 224 Engine 1 and 221 Chief were also enroute. 222 Rescue arrived on scene with 222 LT taking Command. Command reported 2 vehicles with minor injuries, fluids and debris on the road. The card was held with 222 Rescue and 221 Wagon. Crews assisted the police with cleanup and traffic control. All units returned in service.</p>

SMOKE IN STRUCTURE, 7106 DOAK ST.

Station 221,225,222,227 alerted for an odor of smoke in the residents, Chief 221 and squad crew marked on the air with a crew of 5. Chief 221 arrived on the scene reporting a 3 story residential structure, nothing showing advising squad crew to lay supply line from Lincoln rd @ Doak St with 222engine picking up the line to make hydrant connection. Squad crews made quick entry reporting light haze in the first floor kitchen area continuing to investigate. 225 crews assisted with investigation to find a bad furnace motor. Power was isolated to the unit, home ventilated, crews returned as they picked up.</p>
