St. 221, 222 RQ &amp; 227 RQ were alerted for a vehicle over the hillside with 1 male still inside, uninjured. 221 Squad arrived on scene finding a vehicle over a slight grade. Crew assisted the male from the vehicle, and turned scene over to PHPD. All fire units returned in service.</p>
