<p>
St. 225 & 221 were alerted for an Electrical Outlet shorted out in the wall. Crews isolated the plug and returned in service.</p>

WATER CONDITION, 7901 DOLLMAN RD
<p>
St. 225 & 221 were alerted for a Commercial Fire Alarm. Arriving units found water condition free flowing from structure. Further investigation found a broken sprinkler pipe in the riser room. Crews were able to isolate the water shut off and assisted in clean up. Building was turned over to owners and all fire units returned in service.</p>
PHYSICAL RESCUE, 7600 TYLER RD.
<p>
St. 221, 222 RQ & 227 RQ were alerted for a vehicle over the hillside with 1 male still inside, uninjured. 221 Squad arrived on scene finding a vehicle over a slight grade. Crew assisted the male from the vehicle, and turned scene over to PHPD. All fire units returned in service.</p>

PIC W/ HAZARDS, 7289 MT. CARMEL RD

221 Chief came upon a PIC w/ Hazards. 2 vehicles head on with a pole and wires down. Further investigation revealed no injuries, wire was a telephone wire, pole was a guide pole that was sheared and split x3, fluids leaking from 2 vehicles. 221 Squad was requested for lighting and hazard control. Roadway was cleaned and hazards contained. Units returned in service after the vehicles were on the tow.<span style="display: none"> </span></p>
ILLEGAL FIRE, 7889 MARK DR.
<p>
Responded for report of an illegal fire. Crews arrived on scene finding work crews burning to stay warm. Fire was deemed legal and all crews returned in service.</p>

221 Wagon crew assisted the resident in freeing her dog from being tangled in his chain and a hedge. Puppy was freed and returned to her owner, creating a happy ending.</p>

NATURAL GAS EMERGENCY, 10431 LINDBERG AVE

St. 225 & 221 were alerted for a reported issue with a hot water tank and smell of natural gas. 225 TK ad 221 Squad arrived with crews investigating. Crews found no odor of gas and 225 Chief informed the owner to contact a plumber. All units returned in service.<span style="display: none"> </span></p>
RESIDENTIAL LOCK OUT, 216 SUNCREST DR

Assisted the Police and resident with a Residential Lock Out.</p>
ODOR INVESTIGATION, 218 BON AIR RD
<p>
St. 225, 221 and 227 were alerted just before 2:30pm today for a report of smoke in a residence. 221 Squad arrived first on scene reporting nothing showing from the exterior. 225 Truck was next in with 225 Captain establishing command. Crews from 221 Squad and 225 ENG began interior investigation, while 221 Wagon stood by at the plug. The 227 TK crew assisted with interior operations. Initial report by interior crews of a good smoke condition, heaviest on the second floor. After a thorough investigation with a T.I.C., the problem was found to be from a burned up furnace motor. PPV fan was used to eject the smoke from the residence. Resident was advised of the problem and all fire units returned in service as they picked up.<span style="display: none"> </span></p>

Commercial Fire Alarm found to be from Cleaning Crews on second floor. Alarm to a reset and all Units returned in service.</p>

St. 221 & 222 RQ were alerted for a PIC w/ Rollover. 221 Engineer arrived on scene reporting vehicle on its roof with no one inside. 221 Squad and SVC assisted with traffic Control.</p>
