SMOKE IN THE STRUCTURE, 8181 NADINE RD

St. 221, 225, 222, & 227TK were alerted for possible residential structure fire with a water condition in the basement. Crews arrived finding about 4 feet of water in the basement with a minor smoke condition in the structure. Crews isolated the main breaker and shut electric service off to the structure. The smoke began to clear. Units were able to get into the basement at this time with Thermal Cameras and check for any signs of fire. It was determined the electrical motor on the furnace burnt up and caused the smoke. Units attempted to begin pumping of the basement but were unsucessful due to the heavy rain that had been falling all day. Crews were unable to determine where the water was coming in from. Homeowner was advised and crews returned in service.
