St. 221 & 222 were alerted for a PIC w/ Injury & Hazards. 221 Squad and SVC arrived on scene finding 2 car PIC with fluids and debris on the road. 1 person needed evaluated by EMS. Crews began fluid containment and debris clean up. EMS arrived evaluated the patient. All units cleared the scene. PHPD is investigating.
