St. 221 alerted for a residential Lock Out. Squad Crew and the Chief arrived on scene to find an elderly woman lock in her house. Female just came home with her groceries and a shelf fell over in front of her door. Crews assisted the female in getting the doorway cleared and returned in service.<br />
