PIC W/ POSS. ENTRAPMENT, MT. CARMEL @ CUSHING

St. 221 &amp; RQ222 were alerted for a reported PIC w/ Possible Entrapment. 221 Squad, SVC, &amp; Command arrived on scene with 221 Asst taking command. Command reported a single vehicle into a pole and trees with 2 occupants down on ground. Squad Crew went to work on evaluating the patients and checking for hazads. Service crew handled traffic control. Squad crew treated 2 patients&nbsp;while awaiting EMS arrival.&nbsp;2 patients were transported to a local trauma&nbsp;center for further care.&nbsp;Crews awaited arrival of Don Kuhn Auto and assisted with removing the vehicle while providing scene lighting. Severe Damage was done to the pole and Duquesne Light was on scene for repair. All units returned in service.

Stations 225, 221 and 227 were alerted to 2860 Orlando Place in Penn Hills for an Automatic Fire Alarm. 221 Squad responded with a crew of 3. While enroute to the scene, County Communications advised that the alarm company received proper code and was requesting the fire department to cancel. 225 Station acknowledged and requested all units cancel their response.

Stations 221, 222, and 225 were alerted to 4550 Verona Road, Ace Auto Wrecking for a vehicle fire. 221 Service responded with 3 and 221 Squad with 2. While enroute 221 Chief advised that 221 Lieutenant was on scene with out a radio stating that the vehicle was smoking, no fire visible and to keep all units coming. 221 Service arrived on scene confirming no fire. 221 Lieutenant then requested to slow everyone down and hold the assignment with station 221. St. 221, 225, 222, TK227 were alerted for a kitchen fire. 102 RIT was added to the assignment due to being a mulit family apartment complex. 221 CH, SVC &amp; 222 EN were all on the road. 221 SVC arrived on scene reporting a smoke condition with the fire out that was inside the stove. 221 CH held the assignment with the Chief, SVC, &amp; 222 EN, returning all others. Crews arrived and placed a PPV Fan in operation to evacuate the smoke and checked area with TIC. Stove was disconnected and Equitable Gas was notified to check the stove. All units returned in service.

RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE FIRE, 7247 LAWTON ST

St. 221, 225, 222, &amp; TK227 were alerted for a reported structure fire. The Squad arrived on scene and reporting a working fire. The Squad established a water supply and stretched a 1 3/4&quot; handline. 222 EN arrived on scene and crews went to work on extinguishing the fire. Crews found fire on both&nbsp;the first and second floors. 222 Asst assumed Command and reported possible entrapment. M381 arrived and assisted with rehab and safety. 227 TK arrived and set up in front of the structure and crews went to work on search. 102 RIT arrived on scene and set up for RIT operations. 223 was added on a fill and responded for manpower and assistance. A thorough search of the structure proved to be negative for any entrapment. Command requested all Utilities and the Fire Marshall be notified. Crew had a good knock on the fire and began overhaul and ventilation. Units began returning as they picked up, with the Squad remaining on scene to assist the Allegheny County Fire Marshall and Police with the Investigation. No injuries were reported and Job Well Done by All.

While enroute 911 Communications advised units that juvenilles had set a bush on fire and fled the area. Squad arrived on scene reporting the fire out and gave a description of the actors. The Chief held the call with the Squad and returned all other units. PHPD arrived and gathered some information for the investigation. The Fire Marshall was notified of the situation and all units returned in service.

Station 221 was alerted to 10525 Frankstown Road along with Company 223 for a Gasoline Spill Pick Up. 221 Squad responded with 4 and 221 Service with 1. 221 Squad arrived on scene to find 5 to 6 Gallons of Fuel spilled on the ground threatening a Sewer. 221 Squad went to work with oil dry to clean up the spill. 221 Command requested that the assignment be held with the Squad and to return all others. 221 Squad returned in service at 11:13.

Station 221 was alerted for a Vehicle Accident in front of 8181 Nadine Rd in Penn Hills. 221 Squad responded with 5 and arrived with one vehicle in the middle of the road way after striking a telephone pole. Crews went to work containing fluids on the roadway and discovered that the telephone pole had been split near the top. 221 Lieutenant Morgan requested Duquense Light. 221 Squad then proceeded to close down the road at Nadine and ARB until Penn Hills PD could relieve them. 221 Squad returned in service at 20:03.
